Just contact me within: 3 days of delivery
Ship items back to me within: 7 days of delivery

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

yes, I can personalize many of my items and add elements of your life, cherished animals and names, dates etc. on my ornaments and custom pieces.

Sizing details
If you would like a custom size just ask and I can try my best to accommodate your needs.
Care instructions
Resin picks up finger prints and the surface is affected by plastic wrap or bubblewrap. It needs to be wrapped with tissue paper first then bubble wrap so that it doesn't mar the surface, If the surface does become marred just let it sit out in a warm room and eventually it will go back to a smooth surface.
Gift wrapping and packaging
I can wrap any gift you might want to send with charming paper and card. People will love the packaging as much as the gift ;)
